Approximate time to complete is 2 – 3 hours for your initial Microblading appointment. This will include a consultation with you, your brows will be mapped out and then the actual treatment will be carried out.
The area will be slightly red, itchy and sensitive after treatment, but this will normally settle down within a few days.

With all semi permanent makeup there are some risks and side effects. The brows can become red, sore and swollen after the treatment. The colour of the strokes can also experience uneven healing and in some cases some of the strokes can fade faster than others.
Try your best not to pick or pull at the brow as this can cause scabbing and affect the pigment draw. If you follow the aftercare instructions carefully then the brows should heal optimally.

How long does Microblading last?
Results can last from 12 months to 18 months or more depending on your individual skin type and aftercare. The results do mature within a few weeks of the treatment and generally most people find that Microblading lasts for around 12 to 18 months.
Is Microblading painful?
As mentioned above the treatment is not completely painless; however for the vast majority of clients it is just a little bit sore. To combat this we use a numbing cream on the area to be treated.
Is Microblading suitable for all skin types?
Microblading can be performed on most skin types. Clients with oily skin may find that the pigment fades faster but this will be discussed in your consultation.
When will my eyebrows fully heal?
The healing process will take approximately 2 weeks for the skin to fully recover, after which the pigment will continue to settle into the skin over the following weeks.
Do I need a top-up appointment?
Yes. We recommend a follow up treatment 4-6 weeks after your first appointment. This is to allow the first set of strokes to settle, and your technician to make any further adjustments to colour to achieve the perfect brow for you.
