What is Vascular Laser Treatment?
Vascular laser treatment uses powerful light energy to treat thread veins, rosacea, pigmentation, and other vascular and pigmented lesions. The GentleMax Pro Plus® combines two gold-standard wavelengths — Alexandrite (755nm) and Nd:YAG (1064nm) — for unmatched precision and performance.
The laser energy is absorbed by haemoglobin in blood vessels and melanin in pigmented spots. This breaks down unwanted pigment or veins while triggering collagen production for natural skin rejuvenation. With cryogen cooling built in, the procedure is both effective and comfortable.
Vascular treatments typically last between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area.
There is minimal downtime. There may be some slight redness or swelling, but this usually subsides within a few hours/days.
Visible improvements can be seen after just one session. Full results are achieved over a course of treatments, 3 treatments are recommended.
You will feel a flicking sensation as the laser targets the treatment area. The cryogen cooling will help to enhance comfort.
